With the all clear! App ERGO you are well prepared. ERGO not only supports you in an emergency, but day after day. Around the track weather or display your current location. With the emergency checklist, you can call first aid measures from time to time in memory and respond more quickly in an emergency.
Emergency call
The emergency call button will accompany you on the top right. With just one click you have euro-emergency, fire, police, rescue and medical emergency at hand and start the rescue chain even faster. You can also find the 24-hour emergency hotline for our customers and Assistance ERGO customer hotline, if you simply want to ask something.
Determine location
Determine your current location with just one touch. The app provides address, longitude and latitude and displays your location in a map.
Report the damage
A must for mobile ERGO Customer! To create your auto damage report quickly and easily with your iPhone, use the touch-accident sketch, make proof pictures and send it off to our claims department. Direct from the accident, or later - just as you'd like. We do the rest.

A traffic accident happened. Is anyone hurt? Who should be informed? What first? With the emergency checklist can help you brush up on what they have learned time and again, even the ABCD scheme for first aid. In an emergency, stay calm and act safely.
Route weather
You are planning a trip and want to experience the selected route no nasty surprises by Weather Capers? You must not be a fair-weather rider. How about if you set up your route or driving time to the Weather? Or at least be able to adapt equipment and driving behavior to the weather.
Do it like we do, and trust our weather partner UBIMET who delivers us with the route weather, which we have long dreamed of. Enter a start, destination, date and time, and the app delivers the weather on the whole route.
Profile
Save your personal data and the data of your vehicles (up to 3) best in advance. So you can in an emergency take over all of the data directly in the damage report and save valuable time. Your personal data can also be transferred directly from the Contacts app of your iPhone.
myRescall
This feature can save your life! In an emergency, the app submitted to the touch of your location using GPS coordinates and automatically telephone connection to a control center commissioned ago. The control center immediately organized first aid.
This additional function is chargeable. When enabled, you pay one Euro 2.69 to the provider of this emergency function. As ERGO customer you save the annual renewal fee of 2.69 €. The app also has a test feature that allows the data transfer and the production of the telephone connection can be checked.
Please note: For SMS and phone calls about this feature costs incurred by your mobile provider.
Positioning or roaming function must be enabled in order to use the function in its entirety.
