When you open the app, there is a login area where every bus angel has to log in. Each bus angel is assigned a bus angel ID and a password. If there is interest, each bus angel can also get its own service mail. If a bus angel has forgotten the password, you can simply reset it via SMS or e-mail.
If the registration was successful, there are different areas
1.Forum
In the forum you can exchange ideas with each other.
2. To read
All rules and information for the bus angels can be found in the "Read up" section
3. News Feed
The "News Feed" section provides current information, e.g. schedule changes
4. Report contamination
You can report contamination under the “Report contamination” area. You can set whether it goes to the Bus-Engel contact person or directly to the transport company.
5. Report passenger
You can report a passenger under the "Report passenger" area.
6. Contact/ Chat
Under the Contact/Chat area you can quickly get support, e.g. Questions or suggestions about the app or questions about the Bus-Engel project.
In addition, we are currently in the process of trying out and testing new areas, e.g. that our bus angels can identify themselves to the driver via the app or the timetable integration.
