astendo Admin is the app for mobile event management for customers of astendo GmbH who use the astendo eventManager. With eventManager, astendo has been successfully supporting many customers in the entire handling of events for years - from planning to online participant management to on-site accreditation. The adminApp now also enables mobile access to event and participant information and completes our event service. Customers can now take care of your events on the go, send current notifications and view guest information. Accreditation and evaluation of events is also possible with the app. A special feature is a chat function. The adminApp is available for both iOS and Android.
In detail, the app offers the following functions:
- Mobile availability of important information (name, date, logo, location) about the events as well as an event overview
- Accreditation function for recording attendances of the participants on site. For this, QR codes can be photographed or participants can be searched for using the keyboard.
- Notifications for participants (such as changing location and cancellations) or for the internal exchange of important information about the event with other users of the adminApp.
- Participant lists: retrieval of participant lists according to defined criteria (invitation status or participant category) and detailed information about the participant, e.g. Placement, meal requests, accompanying persons, etc.)
- Participant statistics for evaluating current number of participants, e.g. registered or present participants.
