In my app Nextlete I show you, together with my customers from professional sports, how you can get closer to your comeback step by step. You have the opportunity to choose from the most common types of injuries in sport. After you have selected your injury, you will have access to a 3-phase rehabilitation program. Each phase includes 8 exercises specially adapted to your injury and accompanies you in your rehabilitation process.

You also have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of athletic categories to improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury. It doesn't matter whether you want to be more stable in a duel, faster in a running duel or more agile in changing direction, we'll show you how to become more athletic and take your game to the next level. Here, too, each category contains 8 exercises, which I will explain and demonstrate to you together with the respective professional athlete.

In addition to the training videos, you also get access to the nutrition section, where you can choose between gaining weight, losing weight, game day and vegan. Many delicious and healthy recipes await you here, which on the one hand will help you to achieve your individual goal and on the other hand will help you to be able to call up maximum performance on the day of the game.

For the training videos you need small equipment, which you can order in any sports shop, in the online shop or from our partner PerformBetter.
