Knickohr, Yakari dog, plays wild with Yakari catch-the-stick game. As a tribal brother annoyed breaks the stick, he leaves the village. Elsewhere he will find friends who understand him. Yakari follow him the next day in the woods. Because who knows, maybe it is a forest so nothing for a playful dog who is more accustomed to humans than to wild animals. Knickohr meets a wolf pup who joins him. Yakari arrives and clears Knickohr on the fact that the boy must go back to his pack. Knickohr comes the just right, then he will just connect to the wolves. Yakari foresees a great misfortune and follows Knickohr and the little wolf at some distance on the way to pack. Indeed, when the wolf pack discovered the boy just with a dog, that poor dog is powerful growling and encircled by the wolves. It does not look good for Knickohr.
