1. When you register with CARDIOGO, either here via the app or the website, you create your digital, personal health record in just a few steps and in a completely self-explanatory manner. It is advisable to answer all of the questions there about your health status as far as possible. The cardiologist contacted can then advise you all the more holistically. Your personal health record is yours only. The data can only be viewed once by the treating cardiologist only if the CARDIOGO cardiologist service is used via the app.
2. Should you ever feel uncomfortable and have problems with your heart, you can easily create with an ECG-enabled smart watch or another mobile ECG recording device that is compatible with the CARDIOGO platform (information about the CARDIOGO connected EKG devices you can get an EKG on the website www.cardiogo.de) and send it directly to CARDIOGO via the respective provider app.
Technical knowledge is not necessary, recording and sending your EKG to CARDIOGO is child's play.
3. Now all you need to do is press the "Call cardiologist" button in your CARDIOGO app and you will be connected to the doctor who is treating you or, if he is not available, to one of our on-call cardiologists.
Your private cardiologist or a CARDIOGO on-call cardiologist will make a well-founded diagnosis based on your ECG, your digital health record and your other information. Then you decide together on how to proceed.
4. Immediately afterwards, each consultation is documented by the cardiologist treated in a case report and stored in your personal member area, which you can of course also view via the CARDIOGO app. In addition, you will receive a statement from the cardiologist treated in the next few days.
Only what is considered applicable by the treated cardiologist according to the German fee schedule for doctors is charged.
