"My DAK" is your protected area where you can quickly and easily deal with your concerns, either via app or on the web. The app is also your personal key for a secure login on the web - you always need it for two-factor authentication. This is how we ensure that your health data is well stored.

Who can use the DAK app?
All insured persons over the age of 15 can use the DAK app, provided they have a health card and a smartphone with the current operating system (Android 10 or higher). The smartphone must also be protected by a screen lock, such as biometric recognition.
Other technical requirements
- Chrome is set as the default web browser
- No rooted device
- No so-called custom ROMs
