After you have registered for this service, you will be asked to report regularly to the DGHS office - by phone or app.
If you do not receive a "sign of life", the DGHS staff will first try to reach the participant. If this is unsuccessful, a person previously named by the seniors will be notified or those responsible at the DGHS will personally go to the participants on the telephone service to check that everything is in order.
This ensures that someone's death does not go unnoticed for weeks or months.
✉ CALL FOR HELP SMS:
You can use the “SOS call for help” service to quickly and easily send a message to the emergency contacts you have stored. This gives you the opportunity to inform your relatives quickly, even in emergency situations.
You can optionally send the location and your living will so that the informed person immediately receives all the necessary information on their smartphone.
📄 DIRECTIVE:
In the app, you can call up your living will at any time and always have it with you. This works after the first call even without an active internet connection.
