DLRG Wachstatus

The DLRG internal Android app "DLRG growth status" is aimed at active members of the water rescue service. Thanks to the app, watchdogs are provided with an easy way of informing the public about the data of the guard station, provided that they are authorized to do so by the head of the station.

ATTENTION! If you are not authorized by a guardian, the app has no function!

Main functionalities are:
   * Add and delete guard stations (via API Key, which can be generated by the Guardian Director via dlrg.net)
   * Query the current details of the guard station for review
       - growth status
       - Weather
   * Changing the details of the guard station to inform the population
       - growth status
       - Weather

The app requires permissions to write the guard information in the file system of the mobile device. All local data is in a private storage area of ​​the app. Local data is exclusively data of the guard station (name, ID, API key, GeoFencing, date of configuration), no personal data.

Furthermore, Internet access is required for communication with the DLRG server. All necessary connections to the DLRG server are encrypted.

In addition, if the guard of a configured guard station allows wakeup status to be set within a defined radius of the guard, the app also requires access to the device location (approximate or detailed device location). Location information is not stored in the app or in the DLRG server.
