PKHilfe23 supports you in calculating the legal aid (PKH) according to § 115 ZPO.
The program calculates the amount of the monthly PKH installments based on the income and expenses of the applicant or determines that there is an entitlement to installment-free PKH.
The standard rates and allowances applicable from January 1, 2023 will be taken into account, including for the applicant’s partner and children. Calculations can be saved and exported in various formats.
A detailed and formatted calculation overview can be sent in PDF format and used, for example, as a printout for the files.
The calculation can be emailed to other users of the app and processed further by them. In this way, the client can easily transmit the values required for the PKH application to his lawyer.
FUNCTIONS:

- Entry of any number of children possible
- Consideration of remaining allowances for children and child benefit allocations
- Consideration of a participation of the roommates in the rent payment

- Saving and opening a calculation in the native pkh format in the smartphone's local storage

NECESSARY RIGHTS
No special access rights are required.
Sending a calculation by e-mail requires an existing internet connection.
