About SoftPos Payment Solution
The Eventim.SoftPos Pay app enables event organizers to easily and securely accept card payments directly via a smartphone or tablet – without a separate card reader.
This allows for flexible and mobile payment processing, for example, at the entrance, the box office, or at mobile sales points.
The app is specifically designed for professional use in the event industry and requires activation by CTS EVENTIM or valid login credentials for a connected EVENTIM product.
Note: A supported Terminal app must also be installed on the respective device to operate the Eventim.SoftPos Pay app.
The app does not store any payment or customer data and serves solely as an interface for payment processing via the certified payment service provider.
