ExpertOrder GPS

ExpertOrder GPS is an extension of the "ExpertOrder" checkout program in conjunction with the EOCloud. When an order is assigned to the driver, the customer's address and telephone number are transferred to the app and displayed there. The driver can thus start navigating to the customer directly, call the customer directly from the app if required, or mark the order as delivered. In addition, the functionality is available to start navigation back to the branch from the app. At the same time, the driver's GPS coordinates are transmitted to the EOCloud at regular intervals. This data is then called up by the ExpertOrder and processed further. This gives you the option of seeing where your drivers are or which routes they have traveled at any time, both in the EOCloud and in the ExpertOrder. The driver's route can be displayed for a specific order in the ExpertOrder. In this way you can estimate how long the customer will have to wait for his order or whether the driver is already on the way back.

This app works exclusively with the ExpertOrder checkout program and the EOCloud.
