The facility (24) Helpdesk app is the ideal, mobile addition to facility (24) - for recording malfunction reports, order requests or initiating a general helpdesk process.
The application spectrum ranges from facility management and CAFM / IWMS / CMMS to property management and real estate management.
The facility (24) Helpdesk app communicates with facility (24) via WebService and is able to re-record processes or messages and e.g. B. to be documented with photos.
Please set your "Service URL" in the settings before using it for the first time.
REQUIREMENTS:
The APP is available for several platforms. A licensed web service and the current version of facility (24) are required. The web service can be used for all platforms.
