The aim of the project "KommmiT" is to strengthen the social and digital inclusion of the elderly and they need support and care structures so that they can as long as possible continue to live in autonomy in their own family life. The participation in social life in the social area and in the interpersonal communication is conveyed through the use of ICT in the form of a user-centric modular application (app) on a tablet.
