The LernBOX Health is a terminology trainer and includes the 2,500 most important health terms for the upper vocational level of health. The content is divided into 25 subject areas, analogous to the chapters of the two volumes People in Focus I and II by Verlag Handwerk und Technik. So you can learn according to the material that is currently in school, you can select terms or learn about all existing terms. You can individually add your own terms to your LernBOX. Particularly important terms can be set as favorites.
With the LernBOX you learn successfully, because your personal knowledge is taken into account. Terms that you do not yet know are repeated more often than those that you already know well.
Handling is child's play.
In learning mode:
• You learn about one or more selected subject areas.
• You can choose to learn about all terms.
• You set important terms as favorites for faster access. Or you select terms using the lookup mode.
• Your learning progress is displayed graphically.
• Customize your LernBOX: You can create and learn your own terms.
• Any variants? Decide in which directions you want to learn the cards: concept - explanation, explanation - concept, or both mixed.
• You judge for yourself whether you knew a term or not – please don't cheat, otherwise you won't learn anything!
• If you start a "short test", randomly selected terms across all subject areas are queried, regardless of whether you have already known them or not.
In lookup mode:
All technical terms are listed alphabetically like in a dictionary. You can easily look up all technical terms with the search function of the LernBOX. Don't you know how to spell a term exactly? No problem, after the 3rd letter entered you will receive a selection list with terms. If your subject teacher uses a term you don't understand - look it up quickly and you'll know what it's about.
