The following components of VSNR be checked:
- Length of VSNR
- Structure of VSNR
- Field number
- Coded birth
- First letter of the birth name
- Serial number
- check digit
Activatable extended number check. Here are special rules (acc. Circular "Common reporting procedures" from 15.07.1998 i.d. amended on 06.25.2015) wherein the encoded birth and month of birth also may be "00" or the birthday can be increased several times by 32 in case of overflow of the serial number.
