The H-TIX fire Toolbox provides calculations for determining the number of fire extinguishers and calculations for the design of fighting systems. The results of the calculations can be sent to any address for later processing by email, also to HT-Protect if necessary, to contact based on the results.
The determination of the number of fire extinguishers is based on information provided to the area of work, and to categorize the risk of fire.
For the design of fighting systems following calculations are available:
- Extinguishing system water demand (by use or fire)
- Gross flow rate of the sprinkler / nozzle (the K value and water pressure)
- Pressure loss in pipes (flow and pressure loss per nominal width)
- Parameters of pipelines (diameter, wall thickness, weight filled with water, ...)
