With Kraso sealing inserts you can seal all types of media lines in walls. In addition to our standard sealing solutions we offer
individual solutions for almost every situation. With the Kraso sealing insert configurator, you can individually configure your sealing insert and check for feasibility.
After a successful test you can request a free quote.
Proceed as follows:
- Start the Kraso sealing insert configurator and go to "New sealing insert"
- Enter a name for your project
- If available, enter the diameter of the core hole to
- Are the media lines already exists and can not be separated, activate the option "Split sealing insert"
- Depending on the groundwater contamination select the rubber thickness of your sealing insert. 30 mm rubber thickness provide protection against water pressure up to 2.5 bar.
This corresponds to a water column of 25 meters.
- If necessary, enter the desired quantity.
- Go to "Add" to specify the number and diameter of your media lines.
- Enter here the outer diameter of the media lines in millimeters. Walk if necessary to "Multiple add" when several media lines to be sealed the same diameter through the sealing insert.
- Go then "Check sealing insert" on. Your information will be checked for suitability for production. A green light means that your sealing insert can be produced easily. A yellow light means that
the sealing insert can be possibly made only and this must be checked manually. This can, for example, be that the number and diameter of the media lines do not fit the diameter of the core hole.
- To know the smallest possible diameter of a core hole for the specified media lines, just click on: Core Hole Diameter suggest.
- Has your sealing insert successfully tested, go to "basket". In the "basket" You sealing insert is now listed. If necessary, you can add further sealing inserts.
