About Wege zum Glück

There are no people born to misfortune, unlucky people who only have to suffer. Everyone has the potential to be happy. Whether this is realized depends on what we do with and in our life. Indeed, there is something we can do to be happier! Unfortunately, a large majority of us are not active in this regard or are not active enough to work more on our own emotional and spiritual fulfillment. We are waiting for happiness to fall from heaven, for us to come! The other people can do little to help us there, the external events cannot give us fulfillment, only we can make a difference in our own lives and expand a bit of bliss! To do that, you have to internalize some principles and try to follow them every day! This application helps you with that.
So the good thing is that happiness is attainable, we can learn how to achieve or increase it. To do that, we need to learn some rules of conduct.

Do you feel safe in everyday life? Can you distance yourself from the hectic pace of everyday life?
Are you satisfied with your financial situation? Are you familiar with your professional situation, i.e. satisfied with your career?
Are you satisfied with your family situation or with your relationship?
How do you see your future? Are you concerned about what will come tomorrow or are you more relaxed about it?
Are you happy when you get up tomorrow and start a new day?
Experience regular (that is, daily) quiet moments, at least a few minutes, the time when you are not thinking about a specific problem, task or concern, when your thoughts are flowing freely, or even there are no thoughts at all!

Happiness is a pleasant feeling of satisfaction. Unfortunately, however, we also have unpleasant sensations that often plague us and literally burden us. When we are filled with such sorry, negative impressions or penetrate, we can hardly concentrate on more pleasant things and develop positive feelings. That is why the first thing to say is that the negative feelings have to be removed or at least counteracted.
We are often upset and dissatisfied because other people have done something that we do not like and which we cannot accept. These people may have done something that caused us material or immaterial damage. We often try to counteract this by blaming or talking badly about the other people we see as enemies. However, we only deepen our own negative feelings and feel even worse. From this we can derive an important rule: never try to think badly about other people and certainly not talk badly about them. You can't be happy by making others unhappy!
