New version with the tariffs valid from 2023!
Since July 1st, 2018, it has not been so easy in Germany to know whether you are on a toll road and how long you have been driving on it, since the federal roads have also become toll roads. In addition, the existing OBUs no longer show the current costs.
Toll Tracker is a new app that steps in here. The current journeys are analyzed and the toll costs calculated during the journey. With the help of artificial intelligence, it is analyzed whether you are on a toll route and the associated costs are calculated without any stationary counting infrastructure.
We do not store your movement data, the app only runs on your mobile phone. However, if you need help you can send us a support ticket including your latest details so we can help you.
IMPORTANT: the app is not a substitute for the prescribed toll OBU and is not used to calculate the toll costs! It only gives an estimate of the costs for the routes driven. We can therefore assume no liability for the results.
Toll tracker is also brand new and may still have limitations in route detection, e.g. in tunnels. It also requires precise location, so the power consumption in the smartphone is relatively high. It is best to use a charger in the vehicle and hold your smartphone on the window or on the dashboard to enable optimal localization.
