How does malio work?
In malio, the morning log is an important tool for documenting bedtime and subjectively perceived sleep duration and sleep quality. It is possible to specify the bedtime and wake-up time individually for each day. Sleep interruptions can also be logged. The daily sleep efficiency is calculated from the information on the sleeping times, i.e. the proportion of the bed time that was actually spent asleep.
In the evening log, mood, performance and energy can be documented during the day - 3 factors that are influenced by sleep. It is also possible to indicate daily coffee and alcohol consumption, which in turn can have an impact on sleep.
malio helps to document behavior related to sleep, track it over the long term, recognize patterns and discover irregularities.
