The midcom Business App with CRM, ERP, PROJECT, SERVICE, HR functions optimizes access to your company data with extensive history and enables the mobile recording of data (working hours, travel times, travel expenses, checklists, orders, customer data, appointments, work reports, visit reports, scheduled consultations and much more) in sales, service and customer service.
Mobile data from the field service, which used to be recorded on paper on time sheets or work reports, is now available to the head office in real time for further processing.
