Fit im Amt

Fit in Office is a project in collaboration between Filumi gGmbH and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. The app accompanies participants through treatments and appointments.

With the study carried out in the project, we want to examine and evaluate how this innovative, health resort WHP concept - the combination of measures at the health resort and the specially developed app - affects your physical and mental health as well as work-relevant parameters (e.g. ability to work).
