To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Asks for all personal ingormation and credit card and does not even have the decency to show the bike prices upfront. Could be a total scam for all i know.

The bikes and stations are convinient and this project is good to have in your city. However the bikes are extremely uncofortable and heavy. The seat is so hard its better if you sit on a piece of rock then on the bike. Brakes are very poor and dont feel safe. gear changing always gets stuck with weird noises coming from the bike.

Service got much worse. Half of the times it doesn't register the bike return and charges you money. Then you need to spend your time chatting with the support

With more experience, the app is good. It could be better designed but it just does what it should. As per the service, it mostly works but then it slaps you in the face when the bike does not unlock, or its return is not registered (mostly happens in cold temperature, battery issue?).

Problematic bikes and their connection to the app. They charge you fines because of their faulty system.
