With the OTL Academy App for Lecturers, you can manage your exam requests and appointments as well as the status of your customers conveniently and easily in one place.
Processing customer status
In the app you can immediately see if new registrations have been received, how many customers are currently working on them and how many customers have already completed them.
If a customer signs up for an exam, their name and phone number will be included in the app, so you can contact them immediately.
For every single customer you can then edit the following points:
- You can set an exam date.
- You can indicate whether the customer has already taken his exam or not.
- You can indicate whether the customer has passed the test or not.
- You can indicate if you have handed over the certificate.
After the exam, you can finalize the customer in the app final. All you have to do is upload the documents (satisfaction sheet / examination report) via the upload function or the scan function. You can also upload customer images there quickly and easily.
The status of a customer is broken down as follows:
1. New - The new requests appear as "new" in your account.
2. In progress - If you have contacted the customer and are in contact with the customer regarding the appointment, the status will change to "In progress".
3. Completed - If the check is complete and all documents are present, the status changes to "Completed".
Calendar function
Through the clear calendar function, you can see on which day a new unprocessed registration has been received (red), on which day of the week an exam is scheduled (green) or when you can not take an exam because you are on vacation (blue).
