DYVE Docs is a PMG mobile app for downloading documents and images to your mobile device in order to make them available anywhere even without an internet connection. If you have an Internet connection, you can access all documents that are available to you in the DYVE data room.
Functional scope:
- View PDFs, images and Office documents
- View document information
- Share / save files on the mobile device
- Possibility to allow downloading for certain users only with watermarks
- Searching of documents according to special filter criteria
- Browsing through the document inventory
- Marking of already downloaded documents for a better overview
- Update existing documents on the end device to get the latest version
Important basic requirement:
To be able to use the app, you must have access to at least one active project in the DYVE data room.
