ProTeam - mobile work tickets
The classic paperwork has gotten a mobile successor. It is presented electronically on a smartphone or tablet and, as with the parcel services, can be signed and transmitted directly to the central office for invoicing.
Freshly arrived orders can be arranged, sent with all the necessary information directly to the responsible glass and special cleaner and processed just in time. GPS data and time recording complete the electronic picture. The signed work note automatically ends up as an attachment on the invoice, so that a manual attachment can be omitted in the future.
To use the app, a paid license is required.
