The SMART DELIVERY APP of the PULSE team software stands for functionality, user friendliness and innovative functions. Thanks to this APP, your messengers are always supplied with the most important information in real time. The system automatically calculates the shortest delivery routes, bypasses traffic jams and shows this clearly to the driver in the APP. The delivery status (successfully completed or failed) including an individual note is displayed to the customer in the web portal or on the smartboard. On request, the end customer can receive short messages (SMS) informing them of the delivery status. The messengers will also be informed about changes should the tour change at short notice or other service orders should be sent to the messenger.
