Are you looking for a full body workout that strengthens all of your muscles while using the sensational effects of bouncing on the trampoline?

Then this app is just right for you:
Systematic strengthening of all muscle groups, stimulation of fat metabolism, promotion of the cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune systems, strengthening of the ability to concentrate, improvement of the coordination skills (e.g. balance and rhythm ability), stress reduction, release of positive hormones and much more. We train for about 20 minutes a day for 4 weeks, strengthening one muscle group every day to give the rest of the muscles the necessary regeneration time.
On the 6th training day of the respective week, we swing easily and look forward to stretching on the 7th day.

The intensity of the training increases from week to week, so that we progressively increase and achieve a maximum training effect.
