RZ subscribers:
Registered e-paper users can use the app free of charge. Simply log in to the app with your access data. Subscribers to the printed newspaper (Mon-Sat) can register to use it and then have free access to the entire range of e-papers with immediate effect. Registration: Rhein-Zeitung.de/register
For all users without a subscription:
You have the option to purchase single issues within the app or to subscribe to a self-renewing in-app subscription. The subscription is automatically extended by one month. You can turn off auto-renewal up to 24 hours before it expires by selecting the subscription you want to end in your account settings under "Manage apps subscriptions". As soon as you have confirmed the in-app subscription, your Google Play account will be charged with the corresponding amount. Your Google Play account will be charged the subscription price within 24-hours prior to the start of the next period. It is not possible to cancel a current subscription.
