With scija, schools, daycare centers and similar institutions have the possibility to communicate with the parents of their children in a simple way. Messages and appointments can be sent to individual parents or entire groups, which are clearly presented to them. Furthermore, parents can write messages to group leaders from the app or unsubscribe their child(ren) for selected periods of time stating a reason.
Parents can reply to messages with text, voice messages or file attachments - as you specify.
The app is designed to be as usable as possible by individuals with disabilities or reading/writing difficulties. It is easily compatible with screen readers or similar smartphone operating aids.
Another focus during development is on the DSGVO-compliant data protection concept. With scija, messages and appointments are encrypted end-to-end. This means that no one except the sender and the recipients of a message can read its content - not even our servers. None of your data is transmitted to third-party providers and it ends up solely on our secure servers in Germany.
