upon my second visit with additional clarity of it's usage it worked very well. keep all other apps closed. keep your mobile phone away from your body enables better strength Wifi signals .

Went to a theatre last night and the staff told me about Mobile Connect Sennheiser. We installed it. I was really looking forward to seeing a show i could hear. We had trouble getting it to work to begin with even with help. Once we finally got it working it was all very disappointing. Don't expect voices to be much clearer. I think this might be ok if you were at a conference or at school etc listening to a single speaker. Anything else it's not very good. The neck loop option remains best.
