In my audio course "Meditation for Beginners" I tell you the most important things for meditation: and without boring theories, but very practical!

You learn the most important basics: What is meditation and why should it necessarily even try? As you go during meditation to having disturbing thoughts and dream images that you want to serve up your subconscious constantly?

When is a good time to meditate on how often and how long? What posture is the best while meditating and how do I deal with feelings such as cough or itching, ambient noise and other "disturbances" to best?

In my lyrics I try as much as possible to dispense with fixed worldviews or I offer at least several interpretations on. Personally, I'm not a big fan of religious or esoteric spiritual requirements in guided meditations.
