The Happy App is based on the COGITO App (www.uke.de/cogito) and is aimed at people with learning disabilities. It contains short exercises in plain language. The exercises should bring you to happy thoughts. Every day you get a new exercise. Using the app is easy, free and anonymous. The Happy App is constantly being further developed by Lebenshilfe Hamburg e.V. and the Clinical Neuropsychology working group at the University Medical Center Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE).
