So far I loved this app. Today I wanted to report a problem with my power supply only to find out that I need to update my app. Clicking on update the app took me to the play store. There I was informed that this app will no longer work on my device. Fun user experience. Dear user support team, please relay it to the managers that introducing breaking changes into an app - tested or not - is a horrible user experience and a questionable product decision. Backwards compatibility is a thing.
