Getting closer to your own, very personal meaning, who doesn't want that?
But personal development via an app? How should it work?
Oh well. As is so often the case with this topic. It depends on you.
Asking yourself what is really important to you? And get involved in changes in your life?
If you already feel clearly while reading that THAT is not for you, then ... think about it again.
Or maybe resolve to take care of it again in a different, better place. Everything OK. That's how it works in us.
Sometimes it's "simply" about recognizing your inner weaker self and still setting out to research or change something.
Sometimes we realize that we are doing a lot of important and urgent things in the course of a day. And maybe ask us whether there have been moments for us outside of the daily hamster wheel. For our wellbeing.
Sometimes we ask ourselves why we don't feel really happy when everything is somehow right.
...
Personality development has a lot to do with our psyche. And no matter how you are so “knitted”, your psyche has very likely also taken care of an inner system that is as secure (that is to say, reliable) as possible and therefore has no real interest in changes. Often times this is the case even when we are not really feeling happy. Our psyche likes security and stability in non-change.
For us there are usually only two really good paths for change.
Either the motivation is so great that you are ready for changes (e.g. the dream of your own book, house, family).
Or, we respect the request of our psyche, which may only protect us, and start with the changes in small steps. So that we can feel ourselves and with all of our parts that these changes are actually good for us. And only gradually, and always in such a way that we are okay with it, do the changes come into our lives. And while they may seem small, they are no less effective.
...
The app enables you to bring changes into your life through actions. And to an extent that only you determine how good it is for you.
You can be reminded of things regularly or randomly. Maybe because you actually like to drink more during the day.
You can also take more specific care of things that are important to you, but quickly get lost in everyday life. Your project, your partner, your vision.
If you want, you can also use the app to record what is really important to you. Part of the app that helped me a lot personally.
Something that also helped me a lot was setting up buddies, i.e. coupling with other app users, so that you can support each other in staying tuned.
...
So how happy can your life be? And how is the way there?
Warm greetings
