In the BikeManager you can create and manage unlimited bicycle passes for all your bicycles and e-bikes/pedelecs free of charge. For WERTGARANTIE customers, the data of their insured bikes is transferred directly to the app after logging in with the customer portal data. Invoices and photos can of course be uploaded for any bicycle or e-bike/pedelec. In the event of theft or damage, simply download the information as a PDF.

With the "Bike repair" function, WERTGARANTIE customers can easily submit their damage to the insured e-bike or bicycle - so that you can get back on your bike with pleasure as quickly as possible.

Bike stolen? With this function, you can easily report the theft of your bike via app.
Service finder
In the service finder you will find the direct route to our partner workshops, Continental tube vending machines and bike-friendly bed & bike accommodation. Simply click on the desired icon in the service finder, select a partner and navigate to your destination. Feel free to mark your favorites and use this when planning and carrying out your next bike trip.

The BikeTacho gives you a complete overview of your rides. Simply queue at the start of the tour and then track the kilometers you have ridden per bike, your routes, the speeds and of course the total kilometers ridden across all bikes.

Call the WERTGARANTIE pick-up service for your insured bikes directly via the app. Our roadside assistance will bring you back to a workshop or to the starting point of your tour.
By the way: Our guests can use the VALUE GUARANTEE pick-up service for 6 months free of charge.

You have bikes and would like to take out insurance for them? Simply go to the "Protect your bike" function, select the bike you want and take out your insurance cover.
