**Recharge card**

You can load your card either by bank transfer or by giropay. Select the "Top up" option in the XPAY app. All charging options and how to proceed are displayed there. Please note that bank transfer is only available if you are identified as a customer with a limit extension.

** Limit extension **

To be able to load more credit, you need a limit extension. The corresponding option "Upgrade now" can be found in your XPAY app. Log into the XPAY app. Click on Identification Level / Upgrade Now and follow the instructions. Please note that this option is no longer available if you have already carried out the limit extension.
