We are the educational work of the trade unions in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our seminars are designed for works and staff councils, employee representative / inside, Javis and trust people from disabled persons and to all the workers who care for their rights.

Our services range from training on labor law on the introduction to the works council and staff committee work or the participation of the youth and trainee representatives to issues of record keeping or seminars for council chairman. We also qualify Equal Opportunity Officer, Election Committee members or health consultant / inside, members of the Economic Committee or safety representative for their activities. We cooperate with the member unions of the DGB, ie with Verdi, IG Metall, NGG, IG BAU, DGB, GdP, ECG, IG BCE and PRO.
