The efficiency of technical snowmaking largely depends on two factors: the air temperature and the air humidity. Both together result in the so-called wet bulb temperature, which affects the snow quality and which indicates the snow-making potential. The drier the air, the better the snowmaking works and the higher the ambient air temperature.
