It is an application that was created with the aim of creating a care protocol of recommendations to guide the management of patients with COVID-19 sequelae and establish a flow of conduct recommending a multidisciplinary approach in all their needs and clinical and functional dimensions, considering the multi-systemic changes caused by long COVID-19 in the Unified Health System (SUS) network of the Teaching and Assistance Unit in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (UEAFTO) of the State University of Pará (UEPA), for the entire State of Pará .
