About Mobile Dicom Viewer
This is free Android Mobile Dicom (Diconde) Viewer application which is based on opensource OFFIS DCMTK as its backend library. I hope that the tool will make it convenient for users when they come to work on some simple stuff on dicom or diconde files.

no interface to open dicom image series. asks pacs which needs a server room. i do not believe most of us have the needed resources to build a server room just to see pacs images with this app.
