Minvej 2.0 was developed in close collaboration with people with mental illness and mental vulnerability.
The purpose of the app is to help the user regain control of his or her life, to give the individual greater security in difficult situations and to strengthen the user's hopes for the future.
The app is a personal self-management tool that builds on research and knowledge about recovery.
MINWAY CAN HELP
• to see the good things in life
• to become clearer about the links between actions and the psychological vulnerability
• be aware of what you can do if you start to find it difficult
• to discover its small and large progress
• engage in a dialogue with your network and involve those you are comfortable with
• less need for professional help
MINWAY CAN'T
• Replace professional help - but is a supplement
• provide disease-specific guidance
REQUIREMENTS FOR USE
• Log in to Minvej 2.0 - available from municipalities that subscribe to Minvej
• Approved users of the old Minvej app can now use Minvej 2.0
MINWAY 2.0 FEATURES
• Good things - A tool to bring together all the meaningful and good things in life in order to strengthen one's resilience and to look for everything the other user is and can do - rather than having a hard time and needing support.
• How are you? - This feature gives the user a visual overview of how they are doing. With the graph of his daily measurements, the user can become clearer about what is building up and what increases the individual's vulnerability.
• My Diary - Keeping a diary of her everyday life, her thoughts and actions can be a great help. The diary can make the user aware of what is doing well and what is deteriorating physical and mental well-being.
• My Plan - With My Plan, the user has a prevention tool to collect everything that works helpful if the user starts to have a hard time. My plan is at the same time a tool to become aware of what others need to help.
• My Network - The feature can be used to involve those with whom the user is comfortable and the people with whom they are collaborating. Here, the user can also create prescribed messages for critical periods and use the app's shortcuts for counseling targeted at people with mental vulnerability.
