Denmark and the EU are investing in rural areas
Together with the Local Action Group LAG Randers, the Municipality of Randers, the Ministry of City, Housing and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of the Interior and the EU participated in the financing of the project.
Randers Fjord Nature Park as Growth Driver for Development
the purpose
Appointment of a rope holder who can facilitate the process of certification of Randers Fjord under the Swedish Outdoor Council's Nature Park Labeling scheme, so that a relatively unknown, inaccessible area can become a new natural tourism destination, thereby strengthening local business, settlement and development of a rural area.
The financing includes
Appointment of rope holder for Naturpark Randers Fjord, establishment of gear bank Udbyhøj, report on angler potential, angler App and new website.
