The app also gives you in-depth knowledge about sleep in general and equips you to be able to convey this in your store. The app should make the road from you as a dealer and to TEMPUR shorter and communication between you easier. At the same time, it should help to give you an overview of the activities and initiatives that TEMPUR is launching. Last but not least, the app provides in a fun and educational way new knowledge about both TEMPUR and sleep through an entertaining quiz element.
TEMPUR's training app is an internal app that is to be used to train, guide and communicate with TEMPUR's dealer network.
It will act as a communication platform between TEMPUR and their dealers, and the app contains information about:
- Products (including existing and future products)
- Campaigns (campaign overviews, visuals, information)
- Employees (contact information, photos, area managers)
- Activities (product launches, promotions, trainings)
- Training (sales training, factory visits)
- News (new sleep research, industry-specific news)
The app includes a consistent quiz element that is updated regularly so that retailers have the opportunity to keep up to date with the news and changes that come in TEMPUR's universe. In addition, the app functions as a competitive element between the various employees in the chains, where they have the opportunity to compete against each other in their knowledge of e.g. TEMPUR's products and history.
