Welcome to Lyden af Liv – a specially designed sound universe that supports you through pregnancy, birth and maternity. Our specially developed Music Journeys use a unique combination of music and visualization to relax the body and mind - and create greater calm and well-being.
You can easily choose between different categories of Music Journeys, depending on whether you want more peace, increased energy levels, grounding or help to get a better sleep. This material is easy to use even for those who have never meditated or done relaxation exercises. Our tailor-made Music Journeys make it easier to find your own peace and mental strength in an everyday life with great upheavals for the body and mind. It can be used wherever you are and just a 5 minute break can make a world of difference to your day.
The sound of life also contains a number of other sound-based tools that you can use throughout pregnancy, birth and maternity. In addition to our Music Journeys, you will find specially designed lullabies, sound environment for baby, music program for birth as well as stories and video guides.
