Jawdati is a mobile application that measures the quality of Internet service in Algeria. It collects data from the results of tests measured by subscribers to electronic communication services and transmits the data collected to the ARPCE for processing and analysis. The studies and statistics, carried out on these data, will allow the ARPCE to take the best decisions to improve the quality of service (QoS) of the operators of mobile and fixed communication networks in Algeria.
