About Общая касса

The “General cash desk” application simplifies your work on accounting for the costs of the event and eliminates the confusion in the questions: “Who? To whom? And how much should? ”

How it works?
You enter the name of the event, the start and end dates. Indicate the main currency. This creates a common box office of your event.

Then add participants to the event from the contact list or through the application. Specify phone numbers and / or e-mail for calls, sending letters and / or messages directly from the application.

Each participant has their own wallet. As necessary, you indicate the amount deposited or spent, set the currency. And then keep a cash balance. Opening the wallet, you can see the current balance, as well as take money to the cashier or give out.

You can also distribute the amount of expense equally among all selected participants or prescribe for each individual participant.

The application keeps a transparent record of expenses and incomes and automatically distributes it among the participants. And at the end of the event, it even reminds you of debts.

"General Ticket Office" does all the dreary work for you, frees you from financial confusion and allows you to enjoy the event to the fullest!

Why indicate phone numbers and e-mail?
This is used for making calls, sending letters and messages from the application. You do not have to search for contacts and send a message to everyone personally. The app will do the job for you.

Can I add members from my contact list?
Yes. This is the most optimal way to fill out information about the participants. By the way, the program can immediately save the participant to your contact list on the device.

But what if the participants are from different countries?
The developers envisioned this and created the “Multicurrency Wallet” function. The program automatically recalculates multi-currency wallets into the main currency of the event at the established rate.

I participate, but someone else pays for me. How to be
In the event for each participant will need to specify the payer. Since, indeed, often someone pays for someone else. For example, if this is a family, most likely it is not each member who pays, but someone alone.

When allocating costs, you can choose only each participant separately?
Not only. For the convenience of all participants can be divided into groups. For example, “Adults who drink alcohol” or “Children under three years of age.” At the same time, each participant can belong to different groups.

How many participants can be in the event?
There are no restrictions on the number of people. There can be ten or one hundred - it all depends on the scale of your event. The program will calculate everything for you and not be mistaken.
