This application was created for two types of users. The first user is the Kuwaiti citizen who can send complaints via mobile and take pictures of the complaint, then Kuwait Municipality will follow up the complaint and solve it as soon as possible. The citizen can follow the complaint through the application until it is resolved. The second user is Kuwait Municipality employees who can conduct on-site inspection in order to capture the real-time inspection photos and be able to upload them with geographic information to the approvals manager.
