The user chooses the notarial acts he wishes to compose the query / budget and the application presents the results found in the various tables.
Notary acts can be added by the "+1" button or deleted by the "X" on the screen itself that is with the result of the act.
All the "EMOLUMENTOS" screens that are of the acts of group "1" and that have the fields "Real Estate Registry" and "ITBI", the values can be changed with a touch on the field.
The final result will be presented in the "BUDGET" option and through the "$" the value for the "Authorized" expenses can be released.
The results can be shared in PDF format by the various upload capabilities available on Android systems.
The application can be purchased by the validity period of 01 year from the date of purchase and installed in 01 device for each registered account.
At the expiration of each annuity another license may be acquired.
During the period of validity of the annuity the notary tables will be updated automatically.
The correct functionality of the application depends on the registration of 01 city, which should be in which the Office is located. In the "Cities" box, enter all cities with which you wish to work, by providing "NAME", "ISS" rate (multiple choice with calculation rule) and ITBI ranges with corresponding values and rates.
